Is my financial data safe in the cloud?
Absolutely. We use Xero, which employs industry-standard data encryption and multi-factor authentication (MFA)—the same level of security used by major South African banks. Your data is backed up automatically and is much safer in the cloud than on a single laptop or in a physical filing cabinet.
Can you help me catch up if my books are behind?
Yes! We call this a “Clean-Up Project.” Many of our clients come to us with a few months (or even a year) of backlog. We will work with you to bring your historical data up to date, reconcile your accounts, and ensure your SARS filings are current before moving you into a monthly maintenance plan.
Does KeiMo Solutions handle SARS and CIPC compliance?
Yes. We take the stress out of compliance. Depending on your package, we handle VAT201 submissions, EMP201(PAYE/UIF/SDL), and CIPC Annual Returns. Our goal is to ensure you never have to worry about a “Letter of Demand” from SARS because of a missed deadline.
I’m currently using Excel/Pastel. How hard is it to switch?
The transition is smoother than you think. We handle the entire migration process for you. We take your closing balances from your old system and import them into Xero. Most of our clients are fully operational on the new cloud system within 3 to 5 business days.
How does your pricing work?
We believe in Fixed Monthly Pricing. This means no surprise bills for “hourly consultations.” You choose a package that fits your business size, and you pay a predictable monthly fee. This allows you to budget accurately and reach out to us for advice whenever you need it without watching the clock.
